Management
Our management has the ideal combination of technical, country and capital markets experience. This balance increases our company’s ability to adapt, innovate, execute, and ultimately succeed.
Gold Producing
Our San Martin mine is an efficient producer that has been in operation since 1993. For the year ended April 30, 2025, the San Martin plant achieved 83.09 % recovery of gold and 53.02% of silver from the 197,880 tonnes milled during the fiscal year. Head grades averaged 1.58 g/t gold and 14.27 g/t silver resulting in 8916 equivalent gold ounces produced during the fiscal year.
The Company has been diligent in its efforts to obtain optimum recovery of gold and silver from the carbonaceous ore in the reserves at San Martin. Kappes, Cassiday & Associates (“KCA”), an engineering firm headquartered in Reno, Nevada that specializes in all aspects of heap leaching and cyanide processing, conducted an in-plant test for one month and processed approximately 2,000 tonnes of carbonaceous ore, with a gold grade of 2.2 g/t and silver 20.7 g/t . The test confirmed that the plant, as currently configured, can recover over 80% of the gold and 63 % of the silver from these ores. KCA is also modifying the San Martin plant so it can process the carbonaceous ore on a continuous basis. This is an exciting development as processing of the carbonaceous ores has been difficult.
Exploration Exposure
Low risk/high reward assets that provide value to our shareholders. The Company recently announced a ten-year lease agreement covering six mineral claims and two properties comprising what is commonly known as the San Juan Nepomuceno Project (the “TORTILLA Project”), an ancient mine located only two hours from the San Martin plant. This is a high-grade historical mine, primarily rich in silver, with an average of 600g/t silver and 2g/t gold. At current prices, this represents an exceptional ore body. We plan to transport this mineral to San Martin for processing using the existing infrastructure.
Debt Free
The Company is debt free with a solid share structure. This promotes a stable and strong financial position.
