Robert Eadie
Mr. Eadie is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of involvement in bringing companies to the public market in Canada and managing their businesses with a focus on asset growth for shareholders. With his global network of contacts, Mr. Eadie has raised over $250 million for resource and technological enterprises for various exploration and development projects worldwide. Highlighting his career is his stewardship as President & Chief Executive Officer of Starcore since 2004. He has also been a director and/or an officer of numerous public companies since 2004, listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange.
Mr. Eadie attended Capilano College in Vancouver, B.C. and in 2008, completed the Quantum Shift Program, an invitational only leadership development program founded by KPMG Enterprise and the Richard Ivey School of Business. In 2023, he received the distinction of Honorary Doctorate from the University of North Tamaulipas, the highest investiture at a global level to exemplary individuals who have distinguished themselves in their professional lives and in society.

Gary Arca
A financial executive with over two decades of leadership experience in the public resource sector since 2005, Mr. Arca has served as an officer and director of various publicly listed mining and exploration companies on the Toronto Stock Exchange, TSX Venture Exchange, and the Canadian Securities Exchange, contributing his expertise in financial management, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Mr. Arca currently serves as Chief Financial Officer of Starcore, a position he has held since 2005, playing a pivotal role in strategic financial planning, capital markets engagement, and reporting. His extensive background includes oversight of corporate finance activities, budget development, and financial reporting systems tailored to the dynamic needs of the mining and exploration industry.
A Chartered Professional Accountant since 1980, Mr. Arca holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Simon Fraser University. He is a long-standing member of both the Canadian Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants and the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants. Prior to his corporate leadership roles, he was a partner at two public accounting firms, where he advised clients across a range of sectors from 1996 to 2005.

Salvador Garcia
With over 46 years of progressive experience in the mining industry in Mexico, Mr. Garcia joined Starcore International Mines in August 2017 as COO. His extensive experience in development and production including open pit and underground operations makes him an excellent contributor to the company.
Prior to Starcore, Mr. García was the Country Manager in Mexico for First Majestic Silver Corp, serving in that company since 2013. Previously, Mr. Garcia collaborated with Luismin (purchased by Goldcorp) for a period of 25 years holding several positions from General Manager to Operations Director and later promoted to the senior management team of Goldcorp as Vice President for Mexico. During his tenure at Goldcorp, he was in charge of the operations at the Tayoltita and San Antonio mines and was involved in the development, construction and operation of the Los Filos, El Sauzal and Peñasquito mines.
Mr. García holds a B.Sc. degree in Mining Engineering from the Guanajuato University School of Mines in Mexico. In addition, Mr. García is the President of the Mining Cluster of Sonora State, member of the CAMIMEX (Mexican Mining Chamber) Advisor Board, Member of the Mining Cluster of Zacatecas State, Member of the Mining Advisor Board of SanLuis Potosi State.

Jordan Estra
Mr. Estra has over 40 years experience in the fields of finance and strategic planning. His background includes his experience as a leading research analyst for a number of international investment banks.
Currently Mr. Estra is head of Mining Investment Banking and Managing Director of Boustead Securities LLC., an investment banking firm based in Irvine, California, since 2019.
Mr. Estra graduated with High Distinction from Babson College (International Economics) and with Honors from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business (Finance). He served in the United States Army (Medical Corps) and has been a member of the American Institute of Mining, Metallurgical and Petroleum Engineers, the Foreign Policy Association, the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Stock & Bond Club of South Florida. He holds Series 6, 7, 24 57 and 58 securities licenses.

Federico Villaseñor
Mr. Villaseñor has been a consultant with various mining companies including roles with Peñoles, Grupo Mexico, and Director of Business Developments for Goldcorp Mexico, a subsidiary of Goldcorp inc., from February 2007 to February 2014. He is also a Director of Santacruz Silver Mining, Ltd.
He holds a B.Sc. in Mining Engineering and Metallurgy from the University of Guanajuato in 1972, a Master of Science from Columbia University of New York City in 1976, and a Finance Degree from the Instituto Tecnologico de Mexico in 1985. He has also been a member of the Mexican Mining Chamber Board.

Tanya Lutzke
Ms. Lutzke has over 21 years of experience in law enforcement. Her professional background also includes experience in banking, and the finance sector working as a licensed stock broker before entering the field of law enforcement.
